Eczema
Hi KISS product followers.
I "had" eczema and battled its seasonal reoccurrence for years to battle and spent thousands of dollars on creams and pills for relief. According to Mayoclinic.org, "eczema or atopic dermatitis is a condition that makes your skin red and itchy. It's common in children but can occur at any age. Atopic dermatitis is long lasting (chronic) and tends to flare periodically." Using KISS on my eczema prevents flare ups and soothes itching and redness. My skin is now smooth and looks and feels healthy. I have not experienced a break out since I started using KISS along with stopping the use of soap and perfumes on my skin. My 2 year old granddaughter also had eczema and KISS gave her relief and keeps her skin soft and clear of eczema. I believe it can do the same for you and your family.
TIPS:
- Use KISS on your eczema right out of the shower and again 8-12 hours later. You want to apply it twice a day, however once a day may be sufficient.
- Use bath oils. Avoid soap or only use very mild soap on eczema area.
- Shower in warm water and pat dry, do not rub.
- Wear smooth airy clothing when possible. Avoid tight, scratchy or rough clothing. Avoid clothing in the heat that may cause excessive sweating.
- Identify and avoid triggers (soap, perfume and wheat (gluten) are my triggers).
- Be happy, stress can increase flare ups.
CAUSES:
- According ti Mayoclinic.com,"Healthy skin helps retain moisture and protects you from bacteria, irritants and allergens. Eczema is related to a gene variation that affects the skin's ability to provide this protection. This allows your skin to be affected by environmental factors, irritants and allergens. In some children, food allergies may play a role in causing eczema."
